At Pokka Kids, every piece is made with care and intention. We stand behind the quality of what we create and hope you feel the same when it arrives.

If something is not as expected, we are here to help.

Returns may be requested within 7 days of delivery. Items must be new, unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.

To begin a return, please contact us at hello@pokkakids.com with your order number. We will guide you personally.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. A $10 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund once the item has been received and inspected. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

International orders are final sale.
