We are proud of our products and we want you to feel the same.
If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return the products in their original condition (new, unused, unwashed, and unaltered) with tags attached within 7 days of the delivery date.
You are responsible for return shipping. We will issue a refund once we receive the products. Please note we charge $15 restocking fee for all returns.
When returning any products, please include all original packaging (such as hang tags) and please use the original mailer box that was used to send our products to you. *Please note that you MUST use our original shipping box to return our product. If your return is not in our original shipping box, the return will not be accepted.
We are not responsible for items lost in the mail so please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
To begin the return process, please email us at hello@pokkakids.com providing us with (1) a copy of the original receipt, (2) the items that you would like to return and (3) reason(s) for returning the items. We will provide additional information, including the return shipping address, once we receive your email.
Please note we do not accept returns for any international orders.
